MY FANTASTIC BREEDERS

I'm trying to put together a nice, tough long distance family by blending Devriendts, Morris Gordons

Barkers, Kilpatricks and Bob Koch breeders.

For an all distance family, I have some great Janssens, Zoontens and Hofkens from Bob Koch of Pennsylvania.

Within five years I hope to blend everything  together to make an all around family that'll do well

at all distances and tough enough to fly thru the valleys and mountains of the beautiful Catskills

here in New York State.

During the breeding season of February thru May, I'll be giving the pairs 3 great products from www.racingpigeonmall.com,

MAX IMMUNE PLUS, SHOW STOPPER, and SUPER CREATINE PLUS while the youngsters are in the nests.

PURGRAIN 21% ADVANTAGE PELLETS from  www.purgrain.com, which have SIMALAC,  2 KINDS OF FRIENDLY

BACTERIA and YUCCA PLANT, which is added to control  the odor of the droppings in the nest.

All the above ingredients are passed on to the youngsters which helps to make them quite healthy, stronger and build a

strong immune system which will be needed to combat the stress of basketing for training and racing for 10 weekends in all types of weather.

HERITAGE ACRES BREEDER GRIT, PIKSTONE MINERALS are available to the breeders at all times.

With the large breeder aviaries, the breeders get plenty of fresh air all the time.

While the youngsters are in the nest, I always handle the babies everyday so they get used to being held

as a result they are all quite tame by weaning. The youngsters are also put thru the buck bars as soon as they

 are put over to the youngsters pen. Then they are let out into a large cage on the landing board to get

used to the outside surroundings without "Johnny Hawk" making a meal of them
